Harewood Estate Reserve
56% Semillon, 44% Sauvignon Blanc crushed/destemmed, fermented in new French puncheons for 10 months. The fruit has soaked up the new oak really well, lots of tangy citrus- think lemon, grapefruit and mandarin, allied to subtle smoky and herbaceous characters. Good acidity and nutty oak on a long finish. Fabulous with smoked fish, a lovely aperitif too.
