Gallina de Piel 'Ikigall' Penedes
A delicious, aromatic, quite floral blend of 85% Xarel-lo,10% Malvasia, 5% Moscatel. Made by the former head sommelier of El Bulli restaurant David Seijas. This is a super floral and fragrant white wine with subtle orange blossom and fennel accents, off-set by a crisp saline finish. Makes a delicious change, it's dry and refreshing - great with fish and also risotto's and can cope with subtle spice.
