We love this fresh, grassy white wine. Unoaked, low in sulphur and very pure and crisp. Fresh peas and a grassy note on the nose, lots of citrus on the palate both green and more tropical. Has a lovely elegance and restraint and quite refreshing. Great with simply cooked fresh fish, also goats cheese salads and lighter white meat dishes.
