6 months; 62% in French oak barrels, 15% in French oak foudres, and 19% in ovoid tanks and 4% in stainless steel tank. The blend changes each year and this year the label mentions Chardonnay and Roussanne only (no Marsanne or Viognier this year ) In my mind the best vintage yet. It's rich but they stop malolactic fermentation and that keeps the wine fresh with decent acidity. Creamy from oak and lees stirring with stone fruits and spice. Great with fish, especially with a bit of spice but also white meats. Worked well with rose veal schnitzels tonight!
