Bodegas Ponce 'Reto'

A biodynamically produced wine, made from Albillo and aged in a variety of oaks. Simple presentation belies the quality of this wine. Has a wonderful lifted perfumed nose of lime and spiced pear with some vanillan oak. Fresh and zesty on the palate, lime, white peach and pear lead to nutty, creamy characters, really long and complex with this lovely streak of limey acidity running through the wine and keeping it really fresh. Really interesting and delicious white, it's refined and very individual
