- Bush vines planted on the granitic contours of the slope.
- The wine came exclusively from the first pick. The second pick was destined for Cartology
- Fermented in 2 x 2,000 litre foudre. The wine was on the primary lees for 12 months, before spending two months in concrete tanks on fine lees before bottling.
